[jira] [Updated] (BIGTOP-2078) Define Bigtop 1.1 release BOM

Konstantin Boudnik updated BIGTOP-2078:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
Let's start thinking about release 1.1

We don't have to do momentum releases like 1.0 every time. In fact, having smaller, incremental ones might be more beneficial.
Perhaps we shall start planning for 1.1 to roll-out sometimes in November?

I will start with (please feel free to update directly in here):

- Hadoop 2.7.1+
- Hbase 1.1+
- Ignite 1.4
- Spark 1.5+
