Open source noob

Hi All,

I want to start contributing to luceneNET, but not quite sure where to
start. Hoping to start on
a few small bugs or start by fixing up some failing tests.

If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be really
helpful. I have looked at
a few of the issues on JIRA but not sure which one to choose.
