Thanks... I researched the first case, which is in the first font. Code 215 has width 327 in the widths array. (first = 32, so position is 215-32 = position 183 in array)
I opened the font (attached) with DTL OTMaster 3.7 light and in the hmtx table at GID 215 it has width 500. However at the entry "uni00D7" (GID 45) it has the width 327. That width is found only once in the table.
(GID is the glyph id in the font, it's not the same as the code used in the PDF file)
Clicking on the main part in DTL OTMaster on the "I" (that is what the glyph looks like), it shows "ADW: 327".
So I'd say that Adobe is wrong here.
If you paid for Acrobat XI Pro, please send them your file and this issue.
