Commit Error: Urjent
Dear All,
I am not able to commit one file in a folder to which i have rw permission.
I am attaching the error thrown by the server bellow.
Please help me as soon as possible is all the users of this repository are
not able to commit the changes.

Have you tried restarting the Subversion server process? If that
doesn't work you might also try removing the existing transaction
using 'svnadmin rmtxns' (check svnadmin help rmtxns for usage and
syntax.
