Also, There are many HA unit tests which extend ProtocolHATestBase. So, you can take a look at ProtocolHATestBase, too.

bq. In HDFS there are some HA related unit tests in the {{org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.namenode.ha}} package. E.g., TestRetryCacheWithHA. Besides MiniQJMHACluster can be used if we also want to enable QJM in the tests.
