Starts an emulator image.

If {{id}} is specified, will attempt to start the emulator image with the specified ID. If the emulator image is not available or is unable to be started, should print an error message and exit with code 2.

If no {{id}} is specified, it will try to start the first available emulator (using the {{list-emulator-images}} script [CB-2948]). If no emulator images are available, it will error out and exit with code 2.

If this implementation is not available for a particular platform, the script should print an appropriate error message and exit with code 1.
