DocumentBuilder is configurable

Hi Lenya users,

the DocumentBuilder of a publication is now configurable
in publication.xconf:

<publication>
   ...
   <document-builder>org.apache.lenya.cms.publication
       .DefaultDocumentBuilder</document-builder>
   ...
</publication>
