[PR] boards/raspberrypi-pico: Add autoleds and userleds support [nuttx]

   ## Summary
   This commit adds support to autoleds and userleds for raspberrypi-pico board.
   It uses the board LED connected to GPIO 25.
   ## Impact
   Users will be able to use the LED of raspberrypi pico
   ## Testing
   raspberrypi pico
