Mirror change

Hello.

Sorry to bother the list with this, I don't know where should I send it.

We (Dattatec.com) have an apache mirror at apache.dattatec.com but the person 
who set it up doesn't work here anymore and I don't know the e-mail address 
he used to subscribe to the list or the issue tracker.

I'd like to change our contact info and, since we're moving the mirror to a 
bigger server, I'd like to know if there's anything else I need to do.
