SOAP Messaging API

Hi, folks.

This is my first posting here.

It seems like there was some discussions about SOAP messaging API
here.  I'm sorry but I haven't read through all of them yet because
the archive is broken now.

Unless I'm wrong(correct me), it seems like there is a kind of
consensus of necessity for the messaging API in this mailing list, but
we need to have more discussion about how the API should be. Is it
right?

I also have discussed about the messaging API with my colleagues and
have implemented a prototype for the API.  Currently it is not built
on top of Apache SOAP code base, but maybe we can contribute to it if
the API is reasonable for you.  Of course, we would like to discuss
about our proposal here.  How can I explain the API here?  How can we
get involved the project?
