next 2.4.x release

Hi,

I'll probably start the process for releasing 2.4.12 tomorrow.
Shout if there is anything you need to get done before the release.

Hi Paul,

      Feel free to release it :)
      It is important to notify Groovy developpers to compile their existing
source code with the newest release(2.4.12), but the old releases handle
try-catch statement improperly.
