----------------------------------------
Yahoo claims to have unblocked us to some extent. Would you mind trying your test again and seeing if it avoids your spam folder?

> I use GMail for my @apache.org mail and after changing my SMTP server from people.apache.org to mail-relay.apache.org, as explained at [1] and [2], I've tried it by sending a mail (from GMail UI) to another my email account at YAHOO (actually @ymail.com).
> The problem is that it landed directly in the SPAM folder.
> What I understood from [1] and [2] the idea to the change the SMTP server is just the opposite.
> I did no other changes but change the SMTP server from PAO to mail-relay.apache.org.
