[ANN] OptiPNG task

FYI: An Apache Ant task is now available for OptiPNG, a PNG image  
optimizer.

The OptiPNG Ant task is licensed under a permissive BSD-style license  
and can be downloaded here:

The current version is v0.2, released today.
