I'm available for translation of the apache documentation

Hello everybody,

I'm Hugo Ramos writing from portugal.
I must say that since i started to use apache web server i just couldn't
change to another web server anymore.

Since there's a lot of portuguese servers running apache lots of people
would love to be able to read all documentation in portuguese as well as the
Apache Software Foundation web site.

So I'm available to begin the translation of the web site as well as the
translation of all documentation regarding the apache web server.

I'dd like to know how do you all feel about this and also want to ask what
do i have to do and when can i start.
