There has been a warning on the [getting started with python|https://avro.apache.org/docs/1.10.2/gettingstartedpython.html] section on the site for over a year, and the last [avro-python3 release|https://pypi.org/project/avro-python3/] has a deprecation warning with the recommended alternative.

If we are no longer maintaining this package, we should stop publishing releases with the other language SDKs.
