ANNOUNCE Apache Oozie 3.3.2 release

Hi All,

The Apache Oozie team is pleased to announce the release of Oozie 3.3.2.
Oozie 3.3.2 has many improvements and bug fixes.

The details of the release and download location can be found at
http://oozie.apache.org

The full release notes can be found at the download location, but some
highlights of this release include:
* Ability to use uberjars with Oozie MR actions
* Display coordinator job start, end, and pause time in job -info command
* Sqoop jobs are now able to utilize Hadoop counters
* New EL functions
   * A function similar to Java's replaceAll
   * A function to specify date ranges for dataset ranges
* A new workflow example demonstrating the shell action
* Web UI now has a new tab to display all job URLs spawned by Pig
* Example showing Alternate Authentication with Kerberos
* oozie-setup.sh now has an option to upload the sharelib for you
* oozie-setup.sh now has an option to configure Oozie to use SSL (HTTPS)

Thanks to all developers, QA's, users and committers for making this
release happen.

- Robert
