[I] Integration tests are panic due to localhost resolved to IPv6 address [spark-connect-go]

MacOS with the default settings, on IPv6-enabled home network. Integration tests fails with panic:

Changing from `sc://localhost` to `sc://127.0.0.1` fixes the problem

Ok, it should be fixed by https://github.com/grpc/grpc-go/pull/7889 - we need to upgrade grpc-go to 1.69.x
