I have no idea where the face comes from, maybe Adobe makes that up to indicate that the certificate is self-signed?
Root/Pages/Kids/[0]/Annots/[0]/AP/N/Resources/XObject/FRM/Resources/XObject/n1
has only the colors yellow and grey (use PDFDebugger and hover over the "rg" in "1 1 0.4 rg"), but nowhere the orange of the face.
GS, Edge and Chrome don't show the face either.
