wish list item

I just realized I would benefit tremendously from being able to have more 
than one TransferLog - I'm trying to solve the question "how many 
browsers out there support the host: header" and while I could modify our 
current stats format to capture that, it would muck up some other stats 
processing we're doing... I looked at mod_log_config and it didn't seem 
like a 10-minute hack.  What do others think?
