Thanks for the report.  The download page does not reflect the move of 
the software to the archive.apache area.

Until the download page is updated you can using the following URL to 
download 10.2.2 from the apache archive site:

http://archive.apache.org/dist/db/derby/db-derby-10.2.2.0/db-derby-10.2.2.0-bin.zip

Substitute the proper filename for "db-derby-10.2.2.0-bin.zip" to obtain 
alternate packaging.
