[jira] [Commented] (YUNIKORN-1127) make web UI and REST port configurable

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-1127?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17631784#comment-17631784 ]

Craig Condit commented on YUNIKORN-1127:
----------------------------------------

Closing original PR as it was against the yunikorn-web repo. If we do this, it should be entirely within Helm (yunikorn-release repo) and simply be the port for the exposed service. Keep in mind that this will also necessitate changes to the admission controller as well, since the AM communicates with the scheduler REST API (via the service port) to perform config validations.

> The current ports for the web UI and the REST API are hard coded in the web and core code.
> There are setting in the helm chart for both but the core and web both have hard coded references for the default ports.
