StAX reference implementation

Hi,
Since I have written a StAX compliant builder/wrapper for the OM linl
list implementation I need to put a StAX implementation for the maven
build to download. Currently I am using the StAX reference
implementation from BEA .
However I am not sure whether its legal to put the reference
implementation jar file to be automatically downloaded.

Anybody has an idea about this?

BTW the licence agrrement for the RI is attached here. (it doesn't
make much sense to me)

StAX RI code (hosted in stax.codehaus.org in SVN) is under Apache
license so i think you can put RI source code anywhere you want and use
it: http://svn.stax.codehaus.org/trunk/dev/

thanks,
