Simulate: 20 concurrent user testing for 30 mintutes

Hello Everyone,



Could any one suggest me how to simualte the below scenarios :



* 20 concurrent users for 30 mins



I am planning to implement the below 2 approach(s).Could anyone favour which is more effective and provide the desired result.



Approach 1 :



Number of threads : 20

Ramp-up :1 or 0



Start Time : 2014/04/30 16:00:00

End Time : 2014/04/30 16:30:00



Approach 2 :



Number of threads : 20

Ramp-up :1 or 0

Sunchonize Time : 20

Start Time : 2014/04/30 16:00:00

End Time : 2014/04/30 16:30:00



Is any configuration changes or any settings is required for the same.



Please advise for the same .Its Urgent.
