   Hey @wangdi1983 thanks for bringing this to our attention.  I'm not sure why this file would be in a different folder on the TX1 as opposed to a GPU instance.  We can look into it but it may take a few days as many community members are currently visiting family and not working actively on the project.

   Yes, I believe this means that your GPU is clocked at 998 Mhz and is currently 0% active.
