Haejoon Lee commented on SPARK-37761:
-------------------------------------
[~dongjoon] , could we have Python package `matplotlib` installed for Python 3.9 in our base image ?? 😲
We also have similar ticket SPARK-36361 for installing other Python package `coverage`, FYI.

> Key: SPARK-37761

> Components: Build, Project Infra

> Same as SPARK-36361,
> SPARK-37756 requires to install `matplotlib` in both Python 3.9 and PyPy.
> It would be great if we have them installed in the image we use to save installation time.
