I've noticed that the [downloads page|http://reef.incubator.apache.org/downloads.html] doesn't actually have links to the files for verification.
For example, the files for 0.11.0-incubating reside [at the apache directory|http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/reef/0.11.0-incubating/] but not at the mirrors (e.g, [this one|http://mirror.apache-kr.org/incubator/reef/0.11.0-incubating/]). We don't provide the actual apache directory as a link. We should probably provide the link to the apache directory, as that's the canonical location.
