Google Summer of Code 2009

Hi guys,

GSoC's kicking off, student applications start in a week (2009-03-23)
and finish on 2009-04-03. We should remove last years GSoC page and
put project ideas up at
http://wiki.apache.org/general/SummerOfCode2009 ASAP.
