LDAP-group search filter

Hi All - is there a option in kylin properties to change the group search
filter like discussed here:

http://blogs.sourceallies.com/2009/10/spring-ldap-group-authorization-tip/

So to instruct kylin whether to search with the whole ldap base or just the
username?
