Bug when executing FOP on a pair of files .xml and .xsl

Hi folks,

I tried to run FOP, using SAX and Xerces and I came up with the following 
known bug :
"In release version 0.12.0 you cannot use FOP with the commandline 
XTCommandLine. This results always in the fatal error "Root element must be 
root". If you need XT
CommandLine please use the cvs version, where the bug is fixed, or a newer
version of FOP."

I used version 0.12.1 (by downloading fop-0_12_1.zip) and got the same 
error message.

So I would like to resort to the "cvs version". What is it and where can I 
get it from ?
