[RESENT] Where is org.apache.xmlprc?

[Sorry, by mistake I sent this with the wrong subject.]

I'm trying to compile Turbine 3 off CVS, just to take a peek
at how it is going. In order to do that, I compiled torque
and tried to compile fulcrum. However, fulcrum requires an
XMLRPC jar with class org.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException
in it; all the jars I have found have this class as
helma.xmlrpc.XmlRpcException. Was XMLRPC moved into the
apache project? Where do I get a precompiled jar?
