[jira] [Updated] (DISPATCH-1748) Console graph glitch after window was minimized

Charles E. Rolke updated DISPATCH-1748:
---------------------------------------
    Description:
A router network of 12 routers is sending a steady stream of 5,000 messages per second. The console messages per second graph is pretty flat.

If the console window is minimized for one or two hours and restored then the graph might show 1,700,000 messages per second briefly and then settle back to the 5,000 per second.

The glitch re-scales the messages per second graph so that the 5,000 per second samples are buried at the x axis. The graph thus loses detail until the peak ages off the left side of the graph after one minute or one hour.
