+## 可能的原因
+
+* dubbo在负载均衡时会从提供方列表中最终选择一个提供方发起调用，在选择过程中提供方列表变动，发生读写冲突，导致筛选异常。
+* dubbo重试机制在调用提供方失败时，会重新筛选另一个提供方发起调用，重新筛选过程发生异常。
+
+## 排查和解决步骤
+1. 检查注册中心提供方列表，与对应提供方可用性。
+2. 在社区提issue，提供环境现场信息及复现步骤。
+
