[users@httpd] Apache shutting down error

Hello

For some reason apache shutdown by it self like after 12hours or more. I
then checked the error_log and I got this:

[Sat Jun 12 00:31:00 2004] [notice] caught SIGTERM, shutting down
[Sat Jun 12 00:31:00 2004] [error] Cannot remove module mod_frontpage.c: not
found in module list
Can't locate Cwd.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/mach
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.0/BSDPAN /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.0/mach
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.8.0 .) at (eval 2) line 1.

what is causing this? how to fix it

why the last line error using 5.8.0? but v5.8.4 installed.

---
bash-2.05b# perl -v

This is perl, v5.8.4 built for i386-freebsd-64int

Thanks

Shahid
