Please help how to get rid of this error. I can see in MySql a database named openmeetings was created when i run the install page.
But after clicking the enter application i'm getting this error. Please help me ...i'm suffering with this error last 5 days

PS: Do your tables have utf8 as character-set / collation might be the first thing to check.

Thanks for the reply.Ya i've checked checked character-set/Collation both are UTF-8 Unicode.
