Please describe the error more exact. I cannot see any error.
- Which cell shows a wrong value?
- Which value do you see?
- Which value do you expect?

I see the value 19:04:30 in cell B20
and value 19:39:17,64 in cell C20.
I get the same values, when calculating manually.
I get the same values using OOo3.2.1
