re: unit testing webservice client side

It may be useful if **/*Test.java is not deleted and replaced each time
the tests are ran, as is currently happening, it appears. I am trying
to figure out how to write my unit test so that it will persist so I can
actually get my unit tests passing.

I am using the version from subversion, from last week, btw.

Also, at least when doing unit tests, in the javac task, it would be
helpful to use the 'debug="true"' attribute, to see where the failures are.
