The same problem in multipale language.

Hi,
My name is Oron Grubner i have to make the simple Transform on hebrew language.
I work on unix i did encoding to all xml & xsl documents but the html
comes out with some ANSI "mambo" bullshit.
Please contect me if you have the solution for this.
