[I] bug: metrics stream doesn't record error status on timeout [opendal]

   ### Describe the bug
   
   Hi team, when I was doing load test I notice discrepancy on error status gauge between client and server.
   Checking the codebase I think it's basically the same issue as https://github.com/apache/opendal/issues/7302
   
   Currently when we `poll_next` on `MetricsStream` neither do we record success/failure, nor we do increment error status count.
