[jira] [Created] (ACCUMULO-38) Add svnignores for eclipse specific files/folders

Add svnignores for eclipse specific files/folders
-------------------------------------------------

                 Key: ACCUMULO-38
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ACCUMULO-38
             Project: Accumulo
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: dist
    Affects Versions: 1.4.0, 1.3.5
         Environment: eclipse
            Reporter: John Vines
            Assignee: John Vines
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 1.4.0, 1.3.5

Eclipse files .project, .classpath, and the .settings folders are not ignored, so they need to be manually unchecked for every commit (or risk having them committed, which is worse). Update the svn ignore settings to have these files ignored for all users.
