Environment: windows 1.0-rc1 torque plugin 3.2
Description:
when using the goal torque:datasql using the -schema.xml of the project, the -data.dtd generated by torque, the -data.xml retreived by torque using torque:datadump, i have the folowing error.
the velocity.log don't seem to have anything usefull.

user versus developer docs (programmatic report control" and "classloaders"

I think that the "programmatic report control" and "classloaders"
sections in the dev guide should go under user guide instead. indeed,
those dont target only maven dev but can interest end users as well. as
proof, there has been many posts on maven-userrs list on those subjects.
Also this little line at the end of the page seems to confirm that :
"You should also note that the same properties can be used in your
projects, not just plugins". Anyhow, before raising an issue in jira, i
wanted to hear your opinions.
