getting exception : java.net.HttpRetryException:

Hi all

I am trying to invoke a web service from my system to another system on
which  the web service is running.
well i am getting the following exception
Caused by: java.net.HttpRetryException: cannot retry due to server
authentication, in streaming mode
well i searched for it and came through this site

 having some solution but was unable to understand . can anyone please guide
me in this.
