quarks-edge issues cleanup


Could I ask committers to help cleanup the issues at quarks-edge:

https://github.com/quarks-edge/quarks/issues

If the task/bugfix has been completed just close the issue, otherwise open a QUARKS Jira issue referencing the quarks-edge issue and then close the quarks-edge issue.

Don't assign issues to yourself if you are not working on them, this allows contributors to pick them up.

See if the issue can be marked "Newbie".
