feColorMatrix problem
Hi
In SVG1.1 doc, images/filters/feColorMatrix.svg file line 31:
<feColorMatrix type="saturate" in="SourceGraphic" values="40%"/>
Batik report:
The attribute "values" of the element <feColorMatrix> is invalid
Is this the Batik problem? because I can open it use ASV6
Regards
Eric

Hi Thomas,

for example, sourceforge maillist has admin page like this:
http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/aswing-users
you can set options like digest and delivery modes, receive
the mail or not, etc...
Not sure apache maillist has same options, because I can't
find it in:
http://jakarta.apache.org/site/mail.html
Thanks

Ohh, they fixed the text in the spec but not the linked SVG.
Read the filters chapter it has the same SVG example 'in line':
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/filters.html#feColorMatrix

You have the right place.

I don't know what you mean. I've never used gmane and I don't know
how the Batik lists are getting reflected into gmane/NNTP.

Really? because the example is from:
http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG11/images/filters/feColorMatrix.svg
It still 40%, where can I dowonload the new one?
BTW, where I can set the maillist options like other lists, because I
use gmane NNTP, so I don't want receive the email same time...
Thanks

Specifications are not immune from errors ;). Your example comes from
the 1.0 spec, the 1.1 spec fixed this error:
<filter id="Saturate40" filterUnits="objectBoundingBox"
x="0%" y="0%" width="100%" height="100%">
<feColorMatrix type="saturate" in="SourceGraphic" values="0.4"/>
</filter>

According to the spec[1], the values attribute for an feColorMatrix of
type 'saturate' should be a single number from 0 to 1. If ASV6 allows
"40%" and interprets it as "0.4", then it is incorrect.
