[Axis 2] Proposal for Client API

Hi All,

 

It is time to discuss about the Client API for Axis2. Deepal and I have come
up with a proposal for it. Please have a look at the wiki

Please comment. It is better if we can discuss this a bit in the tomorrow's
chat. 

We need a good name for the "ProviderX" as well :-)
