[jira] [Updated] (SOLR-7317) Remove jhighlight.jar which contains LGPL-only code

Shai Erera updated SOLR-7317:
-----------------------------
    Attachment: SOLR-7317.patch

Patch removes jhighlight from ivy and its license files. I also included a section in "Upgrading from Solr 5.0" about the removed .jar. Let me know if this should belong someplace else.

I verified after running 'ant clean-jars resolve' that the .jar was removed from the build path in eclipse and the project itself.

I think it's ready.

> See discussion here: http://markmail.org/message/hmufrjbpndclew7r. jhighlight-1.0.jar contains LGPL only code. We should remove it and upgrade to the proper Tika version when Tika pulls a proper version. See also TIKA-1581.
