Apache CXF 2.3.0 released, certified JAX-WS and JAX-RS

Just for a little good news......

Yesterday, we released Apache CXF 2.3.0.   That release is now certified for 
both JAX-WS 2.2 and JAX-RS 1.1 as Oracle has acknowledged the registration. 

Just needed to post some possitive JCP/JSR news.   :-)
