   ### What needs to happen?
   
   Migration: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HOP-4272
   
   To wait for 2 or more actions that run in parallel in a workflow, you need to wrap them in a sub-workflow.  This needs to be explained better since the question keeps coming back.
