multiple GTimePickers on page fail when one is updated via XHR on ie
---------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TAPESTRY-2023
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-2023
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: XHR/dhtml/Ajax
    Affects Versions: 4.1.3
         Environment: ie6/ie7
            Reporter: Jesse Kuhnert
            Assignee: Jesse Kuhnert
             Fix For: 4.1.4

When doing something like an onChange listener for time picker events and updating an instance of it the returned javascript initialization causes ie to fail to decorate the input with the timepicker client code somehow.
