[Bug 119076] Japanese texts do not hold font settings on save and reload after "Default Formatting" is applied

I did not replicate this bug on 4.0.1 AOO401m5(Build:9714). 

I created a new document, changed the font size to a smaller font, pasted
Japanese katakana font, selected the font and went to format > default
formatting, changed the size to a smaller size, saved the file, and closed and
reopened the file.
