> There are several algorithms in {{scripts/algorithms}} that are not covered by the algorithm-level tests in {{org.apache.sysml.test.integration.functions.codegenalg}} yet. This includes algorithms such as descriptive statistics, decision trees, PCA/PPCA, survival analysis, and data generation scripts. Accordingly, this task aims to add algorithm tests that directly refer to the dml scripts in {{scripts/algorithms}} and add the related R script. For complex algorithm where this conversion to R scripts would require large effort, we should at least run the dml script to ensure codegen works properly.
